We are updating our processing system and contract review procedures. We request your assistance in assuring we have the current "Calibration Quality Requirements" for your company. Micro Laboratories, Inc. is accredited by A2LA to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9002 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. We are required to perform a "Contract Review" upon receipt of work from all companies. To assure we are performing calibrations to your requirements, we ask that you complete a short survey form. A survey form can be mailed to you upon request. Default calibration

Micro Laboratories, Inc. "default calibration" is to calibrate your equipment to manufacturer specifications and or industry standards e.g. ANSI, ASME, ISO standards. When within the scope of our accreditation, the calibration will be accredited. If beyond our scope, and you are QS 9000 or TS 16949, we will contact you for further direction.

Other Requirements

Calibration cycles (intervals) are required to be determined and specified by you the customer (end user). Please specify on your purchase order or related documents what calibration interval is required. Micro Laboratories, Inc. default rule is to follow the calibration interval from the existing calibration label. If there is no label or documented interval, we will contact the above contact person for directions.

Many companies issue calibration quality requirements as part of their purchase order to us. If your company issues separate Calibration Quality Requirements, please fax or mail your current documents with this survey.
