Our turnaround time is fast with most jobs completed in about a week, Micro Express service (48 hours) is also available.

Repair service is available for most types of instruments. For instruments that require repair, we have a good inventory of replacement parts and the ability to re-lap micrometers and calipers to manufactures specifications.

Our Commitment to the Metrology Community

All Technicians have been trained for the specific types of gages they calibrate. All calibrations are performed to written and approved procedures. Micro Laboratories, Inc. participates in proficiency testing to assure our quality systems, equipment and techniques provide consistently reliable calibration results.

Our Laboratory Manager (Keith Kokal) is a Senior Member of The American Society for Quality and a Charter Member of the Measurement Quality Division. He is on six different ASME standard writing committees, and volunteers his time and Micro Laboratories, Inc. facilities for Metrology courses at Lakeland Community College. Keith has over 20 years manufacturing experience working in various positions. Keith is uniquely qualified to assist our customers in a large range of their daily challenges.
